Checklist: How to Meet the Duty of Due Diligence

Health and safety legislation imposes specific duties on the officers of your business to not recklessly engage in conduct that puts a person in the workplace at risk of death or serious injury and to carry out their duty of due diligence. If an officer does not fulfil their duties they may be found personally liable. Use this checklist to make sure your officers are taking all reasonable steps.
