Template: Agreement to Pay Annual Leave in Advance

In May 2016, the FWC amended all modern awards to allow you to agree in writing with an employee to take a period of annual leave in advance of accruing it. If an employee has taken annual leave in advance and is dismissed or resigns before they have accrued the leave, you may deduct the amount of leave you have paid in advance from any money due to the employee on employment termination.
