Checklist: Considering a Request for a Flexible Work Arrangement
Consider requests for flexible work arrangements carefully and on a case-by-case basis. This checklist will assist you to determine whether an arrangement is reasonable. Remember, if you refuse a lawful request for a flexible work arrangement, you must provide reasonable business grounds for doing so. After a request is made, you must provide a written reply as soon as possible, and no later than 21 days after the request.
